If you are unable to come to the salon on the day of your appointment, please be sure to contact us prior to your appointment time.

There’s a fee for same-day cancellations(￥1000-)

If you do not show up 10 minutes after your appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled.

If you cancel without notice, we will not accept your next appointment. Thank you.
